Gaucho

Gaucho is located beside Andrew square, just up the road from the Waverley station. The restaurant's opening times are Monday-Friday, 11:30am-11:30pm. Saturday, 11:30am-12am and on Sunday, 12:00pm-9pm, Groucho is a steakhouse, the first Scottish restaurant serving Argentinian best free-to-roam, grass-fed Aberdeen Angus. The restaurant also has a bar upstairs with a premium list of wines and drinks. The first gaucho in the UK opened in London in 1994; the aim of an opening gaucho was to bring the Argentinian world's best steak into London; gaucho was also opened in Glasgow to accelerate the transition towards carbon-conscious beef in the year 2022. Gaucho won the award springboards awards ESG 2022. Gauchos have 3 communities which are suppliers, volunteering and charity partners.

Gauchos does special events, which you can request on their website, and they give you a variety of events that they are doing so the customer can choose what type of event they want. They also run their own gift shop where you can buy different stuff they offer, like gift cards and many more items.
